Dust-free cotton swabs (also known as industrial cotton swabs, purifying cotton swabs, cleaning swabs, etc.) are a kind of cleaning consumables produced in a dust-free clean room.

1. Sponge head: it can be divided into the following two types: {100PPI and 400-500ppi} for PU sponges with holes per inch (PPI looks at the number of holes per inch; the more holes there are, the more fine the sponge is and the less crumbs will fall off); 100PPI sponge has low density and is easy to fall off, but it is fast in absorbing water and suitable for medical use;
400-500PPI sponge has a higher density than 100PPI sponge and is less likely to drop dust. It is suitable for industries with high requirements of dustfree grade.

2. Dust-free cloth: according to the different fabric, function and performance, it can also be divided into the following categories: knitted nylon cloth (wear-resisting);
Knitting microfiber (can wipe fine dust but wear resistance is average);
Woven microfiber (wipe for professional fiber);
Knitted polyester (deep gap in texture to contain more dirt).
