3. After sampling, quickly put the swab into the sterile sampling tube, break it at the breaking point, and tighten the tube cover;

4. Freshly collected specimens can be transported to the laboratory under normal conditions, and the effect of ice packs will be better when transported;

5. Specific sampling methods are as follows:

A) Nasal swab: The swab head is gently inserted into the nasal cavity for sampling, and another nasal sample is collected in the same manner. The swab head is immersed in the sampling solution and the tail is discarded.

B) Pharynx swab: the throat swab is used to collect the throat sample. The swab head is also injected into the sampling solution and the tail is discarded.
A flocking swab is used for sampling swabs.
Compared with the conventional fiber swab, the sample was easily intercepted by the interstitional space of the fiber mass, that is, the sample was permeated, diluted and intercepted in the fiber.
Flocking swabs use a unique injection nylon villi implantation technology, with outstanding sample collection and release ability, release rate up to 90%, far higher than the fiber swabs.
