Flocked Nylon Head Sample Collection Nasal Swab

Disposable sampling swabs are suitable for microbial collection, which can help hospitals or laboratories detect viruses or study virus sampling, and may be used for human body or animal natural lumen, such as throat, nasal cavity, mouth, vagina and other parts for biological sample inspection.
It can also be used for disease detection in human mouth or nasal cavity. It is necessary to select sampling swabs to collect oral epidermal cells or nasal virus samples, and store cells or samples in collecting tubes, and then transfer them to laboratory for detection.
Here are two examples of operation:
Operation of pharynx swab:
① Open the sealing paper on the package bag of disposable sampling swab and take out the disposable sampling swab from the bag.
Note: disposable sampling swabs should not touch other items than throat to avoid contamination.
② Hand held disposable sampling swab and extend it into the throat, wipe both sides of palatal arch and throat quickly
③ After the collection is completed, please take the throat sampling swab out of the mouth and put it into the sampling tube. Break the disposable sampling swab handle at the place with the break mark, cover the cover of the sampling tube, tighten and save.
Note: excessive rotation can cause dilution or loss of the sample. After sampling, make sure that the disposable swab does not touch any other object.
Operation of nasal swab:
① . the patient should keep the head motionless and remove the secretion from the middle surface of the anterior nostril;
② . through the nasal cavity, gently stab into the swab to the nasopharynx;
③ When the resistance is encountered, it reaches the back nasopharynx, and stops for several seconds to absorb the secretion;
④ Rotate the swab quietly and put it in the medium for transportation;
⑤ . for the swab used for virological inspection, immerse the swab head into the virus carrier, discard the tail, and tighten the pipe cover;
⑥ . swabs for bacteriological examination shall be inserted into sampling equipment or suitable transfer equipment.

① The results showed that the extraction procedure was avoided after the verification of direct PCR amplification.
② . single independent packaging is selected to prevent pollution.
③ Strict process conditions, without DNA enzyme and expandable human DNA.
④ The tube body is clear and the inspection material is visible.
⑤ Unique casing design ensures air circulation in casing, prevents mould change caused by wet sealing environment of inspection materials, and prevents magazine pollution in external air together, thus affecting inspection quality.
