Production standard of dust-free Cotton Swab:

2. If the outer packaging cannot be removed, the outer packaging shall be cleaned by dust suction, and then enter the clean area through the airlock room or transfer window (cabinet) with access interlocking
3. Maintenance of production equipment: air conditioning system device is the main equipment to ensure the cleanliness level of indoor air, including all kinds of filters, clean workbench, laminar flow hood, air shower room, transfer window, air conditioning device, etc. their normal maintenance and regular inspection are important conditions to ensure the cleanliness of clean room
4. Environmental control factors of dust-free cotton swab workshop: the air pressure, wind speed, dust particles, illumination, noise and other factors in the dust-free workshop need to be monitored and tested regularly to ensure that the dust-free room is always in normal operation
