(1) If the fabric is not cleaned, it will cause white fog
There are non-volatile substances hidden in the dust-free cloth. When the dust-free cloth is used together with alcohol, IPA and other low surface tension solvents, the nonvolatile substance will precipitate under the action of the solvent, forming white milky marks or dots. Therefore, if the dust-free cloth is used directly without cleaning, white fog will appear.
(2) Short cleaning time will produce white fog
Through understanding with professional textile engineers in the industry, it is found that only in the process of cleaning and loosening (also known as dyeing and finishing) of clean cloth, can the nonvolatile substances in clean cloth be completely removed. In addition to professional cleaning reagents, cleaning time is also very important. If the time is too short, it will cause white fog.
(3) If the cleanliness level of dust-free environment and dust-free cloth does not match, it will cause white fog
In addition to the above technical reasons, the inconsistency between the cleanliness of the dust-free cloth and the application environment will also cause white fog. For example, class 1000 dust-free cloth is used in class 100 dust-free environment, because the cleaning process of class 1000 dust-free cloth (cleaning reagent and cleaning time are designed according to class 1000 dust-free cloth) can only match the dust-free environment below class 1000. When it is applied to the dust-free environment higher than 1000 level, the phenomenon of white fog will also appear.
