1. Debris caused by improper selection of dust-free cloth
the most popular dust-free cloth patterns on the market today are straight and mesh. Among them, ordinary straight grain dust-free cloth (except special straight grain dust-free cloth) is mainly used for smooth product surface. It is designed to remove dirt from the product and ensure that the product surface is not damaged. Therefore, ordinary straight grain dust-free cloth is characterized by weak wear resistance; Ordinary mesh cloth is suitable for products with unsmooth surface or after certain process treatment. Because the wiping effect does not need the product surface, it has the characteristics of strong wear resistance. However, it is difficult to distinguish the two fabrics without careful observation. Therefore, some friends mistakenly use ordinary straight grain cloth as ordinary chequered cloth, resulting in silk thread caused by high-strength wiping of ordinary straight grain cleaning cloth. Breaking or fuzzing will eventually cause the dust-free cloth to fall off.
2. The cleanliness of the dust-free cloth does not match the user's dust-free environment

3. The edge is not firmly sealed, causing the dust-free cloth to fall off
some enterprises try to improve production efficiency. In the cutting process of clean cloth production (ultrasonic, laser and thermal cutting), the cutting and cutting speed of clean cloth will be accelerated, or ordinary cold cutting methods will be directly used for edge sealing. Because the cutting speed is too fast or the edge is not sealed directly, the edge of the dust-free cloth will not be firm, and the fiber will fall off during use, eventually leading to fragmentation.
4. The dust-free cloth fell off due to the low-quality dust-free cloth raw material line
in order to save the production cost of dust-free cloth, some businesses will choose some relatively low-quality chemical fiber filaments to produce raw materials. Although they can achieve the same weight and the same parameters (dust removal and liquid absorption), their use effect is very poor, which is easy to cause adverse phenomena such as fuzzing, fiber breakage and fragmentation of the cloth surface.
